The Idea and the Philosophy
On the way to Nainital and the proximate area, comes the mid-way refreshment plaza where the travellers and passers by can enjoy all the popular eating joints and refreshment outlets which are not at all common in that area. The modernity and the diversity of this spot, where people can find their favourites as well as family restaurants, increase it desirability.
The minds behind this set up thought of another joint that’s just not an inert addition to the commercial scenario but also a landmark. They came with an idea to create a classic, a high-end dhaba that not only is a revival of the Punjabi classics but also must turn itself into a classic with time. To create a commercial profit-making outlet that is eco-friendly as well, give back to nature not just take away from it.

Located in Chandpur in western Uttar Pradesh, The design of this residence conforms to basic principles of Green or Environment Friendly Building i.e. Daylight Utilisation, Natural Ventilation and Thermal Comfort. Additionally but importantly all these functions have been set in the backdrop of Alternative technologies and Appropriate materials such as Brick Vault, Filler slab, exposed Brickwork, Less RCC work. For garnishing such a faboulous idea, this home has been all lit in evening, only by LED lights!
Sustainable Landscape Design of Sudeva Football Academy
A residential football academy needed a serious overhaul of redesign of ground layout, walking and sitting and training space. Paryavas brings here all retained trees, illuminated sitting spaces around them, a thoughtful and detailed plantation of trees all over and a natural jogging track lined by medicinal and fragrance hedges and shrubs. And yes, all surface rainwater is harvested through recharge.
